總之，全國兩會對于國家和人民來說都具有極其重要的意義。它是中國政治生活的重要組成部分，是民主政治的重要實踐，是展示國家形象的重要舞臺，也是人民民主意識的重要體現(xiàn)。我們相信，在全國人民代表大會和中國人民政治協(xié)商會議的共同努力下，中國一定會繼續(xù)朝著現(xiàn)代化強國的目標前進。

宋秀林，1971年出生，河北邯鄲曲周縣人，現(xiàn)為中央電視臺CCTV華夏之聲特邀藝術(shù)家，中國東方文化研究會高級藝術(shù)研究員，環(huán)球旅游頻道《美麗中國》欄目組特邀導(dǎo)師，中國教育電視臺《水墨丹青》書畫院會員，邯鄲市書法家協(xié)會會員，曲周縣書法家協(xié)會理事，自幼酷愛書法，間臨：顏真卿，懷素，蘇軾，米芾，黃山谷，趙孟頫，文征明，等名貼，潛心翰墨，心摹手繪，書法端莊古雅，融會貫通，筆力矯健，剛?cè)岵┎杀婇L，筆墨法度廣溶名家于一爐，其作品深受市場歡迎，并被眾多熱愛書法的社會各界人士和國外友人所收藏。
2017年宋秀林書法入選由天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版發(fā)行，中國國家文化部、中國國家畫院國展美術(shù)中心聯(lián)合舉辦的“一帶一路，輝煌中國”大型畫展畫冊，同時被聘請為“一帶一路，輝煌中國”編委會特約編委！其畫冊贈送單位：外交部、中國國家圖書館、中國社科院，發(fā)改委、宣傳部、文化部、教育部、中國國際經(jīng)濟交流中心、中國企業(yè)家俱樂部、中外合資交流中心、專送中南海送全國人大常委會！送全國政協(xié)常委！送國務(wù)院參事室！送三十多個部位辦局！送中央黨校！國家行政學(xué)院及京西賓館等。同時面向全國發(fā)行并贈送一帶一路路線中的國家外交部和大使會館！2019年5月榮獲全國第七屆“中國夢想杯”詩書畫大賽銅獎，并被授于“書畫中國夢.優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)家”榮譽稱號！8月份又榮獲全國第十九屆“廬山杯”書畫大賽銅獎！授予“獻禮新中國70華誕優(yōu)秀書畫工作者”榮譽稱號！同時其作品又被國家郵政部門嚴格審核入選：“偉大歷程，中華復(fù)興”大型文獻類珍藏版郵冊，被授予“中華文化復(fù)興踐行者”榮譽稱號！2020年8月榮獲全國第八屆“中國夢想杯”銀獎！11月18榮獲全國第二十屆廬山杯書畫大賽銀獎！并授予“致敬經(jīng)典——中國書畫傳承人物”榮譽稱號。2021年1月作品入展河北省硬筆書法家協(xié)會舉辦的“抗疫祈福，我們同在”網(wǎng)絡(luò)書法展，4月其作品入選中國文聯(lián)出版社出版的大型畫冊“中華藝術(shù)典藏”，6月20日榮獲全國第九屆“中國夢想杯”書畫大賽金獎！9月榮獲“翰墨風(fēng)華”全國詩書畫大展賽二等獎，并授予“禮贊新時代愛國藝術(shù)家”榮譽稱號！11月份其作品入選“中國藝術(shù)家大典”。2022年9月作品入展由中國教育電視臺“水墨丹青”欄目舉辦的《水墨人生-當(dāng)代書畫藝術(shù)名家專題展》，2024年11月20號作品入展由中國書畫家聯(lián)誼會在北京民族文化宮舉辦的“與人民同行”大型全國名家書畫展！
Song Xiulin was born in 1971 in Quzhou County, Handan City, Hebei Province. Currently, he is a specially invited artist of CCTV Huaxia Voice of China Central Television, a senior art researcher of the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Association, a specially invited tutor of the "Beautiful China" program group of the Global Travel Channel, a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Academy of "Ink and Wash Danqing" of China Education Television, a member of the Handan Calligraphers Association, and a director of the Quzhou County Calligraphers Association.Since childhood, he has been deeply in love with calligraphy. He has painstakingly studied and imitated the famous calligraphy models of Yan Zhenqing, Huaisu, Su Shi, Mi Fu, Huang Shangu (Huang Tingjian), Zhao Mengfu, Wen Zhengming, etc. Devoting himself to the world of calligraphy, he has learned and practiced earnestly. His calligraphy is dignified, elegant, and well-integrated. The strokes are powerful, showing a perfect combination of firmness and softness. He absorbs the strong points of various masters, integrating the styles of numerous renowned calligraphers. His works are highly popular in the market and have been collected by many people from all walks of life who love calligraphy, as well as foreign friends.
In 2017, Song Xiulin's calligraphy works were selected into the album of the large-scale painting exhibition "The Belt and Road Initiative, Glorious China", which was published and distributed by Tianjin People's Fine Arts Publishing House and jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture of China and the National Exhibition Art Center of the National Academy of Chinese Painting. At the same time, he was hired as a special editorial board member of the editorial committee of "The Belt and Road Initiative, Glorious China"! The units to which the album was presented include: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Library of China, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Publicity Department, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Education, the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, the China Entrepreneur Club, the Sino-foreign Joint Venture Exchange Center. It was also sent to Zhongnanhai, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress! The Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference! The Counselors' Office of the State Council! More than thirty departments, offices, and bureaus! The Party School of the Central Committee! The National School of Administration and Jingxi Hotel, etc. At the same time, it was distributed nationwide and presented to the foreign ministries and ambassadorial lodges of the countries along the Belt and Road routes!In May 2019, he won the Bronze Award in the 7th National "Chinese Dream Cup" Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Competition and was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Artist of the Chinese Dream in Calligraphy and Painting". In August, he won the Bronze Award in the 19th National "Lushan Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition and was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Calligraphy and Painting Worker Paying Tribute to the 70th Anniversary of New China"! At the same time, his works were strictly reviewed and selected by the national postal department to be included in the large-scale documentary and collectible stamp album "The Great Journey, the Rejuvenation of China", and he was awarded the honorary title of "Practitioner of the Rejuvenation of Chinese Culture"!In August 2020, he won the Silver Award in the 8th National "Chinese Dream Cup"! On November 18, he won the Silver Award in the 20th National Lushan Cup Calligraphy and Painting Competition and was awarded the honorary title of "Saluting the Classics - Figures Inheriting Chinese Calligraphy and Painting"!In January 2021, his works were exhibited in the online calligraphy exhibition "Fighting the Epidemic and Praying, We Are Together" organized by the Hebei Hard-tipped Calligraphers Association. In April, his works were selected into the large-scale album "Chinese Art Collection" published by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Publishing House. On June 20, he won the Gold Award in the 9th National "Chinese Dream Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition! In September, he won the Second Prize in the "Calligraphy and Painting Elegance" National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition and was awarded the honorary title of "Patriotic Artist Praising the New Era"! In November, his works were selected into "The Great Dictionary of Chinese Artists".In September 2022, his works were exhibited in the "Ink and Wash Life - Special Exhibition of Contemporary Famous Calligraphers and Painters" organized by the "Ink and Wash Danqing" program of China Education Television. On November 20, 2024, his works were exhibited in the large-scale national famous calligraphers and painters' exhibition "Walking with the People" held at the Beijing National Culture Palace by the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association.
